A Simple Smile is spearheading the creation of a Remote Oral Health Education Program. Due to COVID-19 and travel restrictions, it is becoming even more difficult to reach certain communities. The goal of this program is to utilize remote communication technology to teach educators, and those studying to become educators, how to implement Oral Health Education & Prevention into their daily routines with students. We will supplement didactic training with hands-on oral hygiene and fluoride application training.

We will be piloting the program in Senegal, Uganda, and Somaliland.
