Who Can Volunteer?Anyone! Although we give preference to licensed dental professionals, we welcome people with any professional or educational background. The only pre-requisite is a passion for oral healthcare and an open mind!
-
Do I need any special skills or certifications?Anyone providing direct care to patients is required to have an active license in good standing, and BLS certification. For those not in direct patient care, only basic CPR certification is needed.

Can students volunteer? We absolutely love our dental students! Dental students will be paired with a Mentor Dentist to support patient treatment, and assist with patient education. Interested in organizing a trip with faculty and other students from your school? Contact Us!

How much does it cost? Our Program Fee is $700, not including the price of airfare. This fee includes in-country travel, food, and lodging. We encourage people to fundraise to help offset the costs of the trip. Need some ideas? Contact Us!
