Oral health training for doctors, nurses, teachers and community health workers in rural areas provides sustainable methods of prevention and treatment of oral disease.
Broadening the scope of practice of healthcare workers will create a public dental service workforce in areas that historically have little or no access to quality oral healthcare.
Our goal is to equip communities to take their oral health into their own hands and reduce inequities in access to health services.
